St. Michael’s C of E Primary School has been designated as one of 34 English Hubs in the country.
The Open Event gives people the opportunity to find out more information about the English Hub, our three aims an what support we offer.
This year, we are offering a mixture of virtual and facet to face events.
A face to face Open Event, allows people to observe phonics and have a tour of St. Michael’s C of E Primary School. The Open Event will be lead by English Hub staff where you will find out more information, have opportunities to reflect on certain areas in your school and start to think of an action plan to support your school.
A virtual Open Event, is the same but is online via Zoom. It will still give staff the opportunity to observe phonics and discuss key areas of the English Hub.
When attending an Open Event, it would be beneficial for two members of staff from each school to attend which would be a senior leader and another member of staff.
